    A day in this role

    Based in Burleson, TX 76028, you’ll guide a skilled shop team on 2nd Shift, keeping work moving safely, accurately, and on schedule. You’ll split your time between the floor and coordination duties—sequencing tasks, solving issues on the fly, and modeling the craftsmanship and pace you expect from others. As a hybrid, hands-on leader, you’ll also be able to fit and weld parts when needed.

    What you’ll tackle

    • Direct and synchronize crew activities to maintain smooth, efficient workflow.
    • Pitch in on fitting and welding components as project needs arise.
    • Champion safety, quality, and productivity through example and clear standards.
    • Keep communication flowing with teammates, management, and clients to hit project targets.
    • Track progress, remove roadblocks, and respond quickly to emerging issues.
    • Onboard, train, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement.
    • Enforce safety regulations and company policies without compromise.
    • Assist with planning and scheduling assignments to meet deadlines.
    • Conduct routine site inspections to verify workmanship and quality.

    What you bring

    • Proven background as a foreman or similar supervisory lead.
    • Expertise in metal fabrication processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
    • Confident leadership and clear communication skills.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Sharp problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Comfort operating in a fast-paced setting and juggling multiple priorities.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
    • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
    • Preferably able to fit/weld and pass the AWS D1.1 weld test.
