From refreshing guest rooms after checkout to making bathrooms sparkle, you'll help ensure every room is clean, comfortable, and ready for the next arrival. You'll dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, empty trash, replace towels, replenish amenities, and make sure everything is in its proper place. You'll also check drawers, refrigerators, microwaves, and closets to ensure nothing is left behind and everything is ready for our next guest.Your talents won't stop at guest rooms! You'll help keep hallways, entryways, public restrooms, and common areas looking their best. You'll keep your housekeeping cart organized, care for your equipment, follow proper cleaning and chemical safety procedures, and make sure guest room doors are securely locked when you leave. If you discover a lost item, you'll promptly report it to management so it can be safely returned to its owner.Of course, great housekeeping is about more than just cleaning. It's about creating a welcoming experience. You'll have opportunities to assist guests with requests, communicate professionally, and work closely with your fellow team members and supervisor to keep everything running smoothly. A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset will go a long way!Previous housekeeping or similar experience is preferred, but we're happy to consider someone eager to learn and ready to work. A high school diploma or GED is also preferred.
