Education

High
School

Associate's
degree

Certification:

who

a
Bachelor's
Degree
in
Education
from

accredited
college
will

an

added

their
base
pay.

Paraeducator

Bachelor's
Degree
from
an
accredited
college
will
have
an
additional
$0.50
added
to
their
base
pay.
Any
Paraeducator
who
has
an
Associate's
Degree
from
an
accredited
college
will
have
an
additional
$0.25
added
to
their
base
pay.

before
additional

Provide
assistance

to
the
hourly
rate
of
pay
to
the
Paraprofessional
Level
III
position
for
the
duration
of
care
for
students
with
increased
needs.

extensive
and
frequent
support
and
supervision
to
students
with
individualized
needs
who
have
the
inability
to
use
the
restroom
independently.
3.
Provide
specific
programming
and
frequent

mobility
needs

but
are
not
limited
to
the
use
of
a
wheelchair,
walker,
and/or
need
assistance
with
mobility

1.
Provide
assistance
to
students
with
special
needs,
non-English-speaking
students,
students

physical
and
mental

students

Tutor
and
assist
children
individually
or
in
small
groups
to
help
them
master
assignments
and
to
reinforce
learning
concepts
presented
by
teachers.
3.
Supervise
students
in
classrooms,
halls,
cafeterias,
playgrounds,
and
gymnasiums,
or
on
field
trips.
4.
Enforce
administration
policies
and
rules
governing
students.
5.
Observe
students'
performance
and
record
relevant
data
to
assess
progress.
6.
Discuss
assigned
duties
with
classroom
teachers
to
coordinate
instructional
efforts.

the
