Responsibilities:- Provide professional hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, treatments, and blowouts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and upsell salon services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with fellow team members to create a positive and supportive salon culture
- Manage appointment schedule professionally and punctually
Qualifications:- Valid cosmetology license in Florida
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a hairstylist in a salon setting (preferred but not required)
- Skilled in modern cutting, coloring, and styling techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- A passion for beauty, style, and continuous learning
