Experienced stylist? There''s a chair waiting for you at Supercuts Hillcrest in Spartanburg, and the pay keeps up with you.

We''re rebuilding the team at our Hillcrest Supercuts on East Main Street and we''re looking for licensed stylists who already know how to run a chair. Steady walk-in traffic means you''re cutting from day one. No booth rent, no building a book from scratch, and if you have your own clients, bring them with you.

What you''ll earn

• $15/hour guaranteed OR commission, whichever is higher, every pay period. The hourly is a floor, not a ceiling.
• Tips on every service, yours to keep.
• Retail commission on Paul Mitchell and Reuzel products.
• Experienced stylists who keep their chair busy regularly out-earn the hourly. $20 to $30 per hour is realistic here.

What we need from you

• Active South Carolina cosmetology or barber license
• Solid, consistent haircuts and a friendly chairside manner
• Reliability. Our clients and your teammates count on you showing up.
• Comfortable recommending retail, or willing to learn

Weekends are our busiest (and best-paying) days, so we require some weekends, but we also know you want a life, so we rotate weekends off.
