What We Offer
- Competitive Pay & Earning Potential - Stylists earn an average of $19.50-$ 35per hour. Compensation includes a $19.50/hour base, 15% commission on every client served, gratuity, additional commission opportunities, bonuses, and a paid referral program.
- DC Cosmetology Manager License: A current DC Cosmetology Manager License is a plus and preferred for this role. Stylists who hold an active DC Cosmetology Manager License will receive an additional $2 per hour starting base pay.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert silk blowouts on all types of textured hair, ensuring flawless results and client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on the art of textured hair care, maintenance techniques, and recommended products to promote hair health.
- Sell add-on services, retail products, and VIP memberships by confidently recommending solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide a luxury client experience through professional and engaging interactions, enhancing their visit with top-tier service, including complimentary mimosas and beverages.
- Maintain overall studio cleanliness and organization to uphold Pressed Roots' high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
