We''re hiring one part-time stylist for our Hillcrest Supercuts - and we''re not just filling a chair. We''re looking for the person who wants to learn this business from the floor up and be first in line for a management role as we grow.

What You''ll Earn

$15/hr guaranteed - the minimum, not the goal

Commission takes over the moment you out-earn your hourly. No cap. You decide what you make.

What You''ll Do

• Deliver great haircuts, fast and consistently, without cutting corners
• Make every guest want to come back and ask for you by name
• Recommend and sell Paul Mitchell and Reuzel products - this is part of the job, and it''s how you grow your paycheck
• Keep your station and the salon clean, stocked, and ready
• Jump in for your teammates without being asked
• Learn the numbers behind the business as you go

What We''re Looking For

• Active Cosmetology or Barber license (required)
• Weekend availability - most weekends, including Sundays. This is non-negotiable; it''s our busiest time and it''s where the money is.
• Someone who hustles - moves with purpose, doesn''t wait to be told
• A real team player. No drama, no scorekeeping.
• Comfortable recommending retail - or genuinely willing to learn. If "upselling" scares you, we''ll teach you how to do it in a way that actually helps the guest.
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell and Reuzel is a big plus - but a willingness to learn them cold counts just as much
• Ambition. You want more than a chair.
