Actively build and maintain a loyal, growing clientele through exceptional service, client retention, referrals, and rebooking.
Deliver personalized consultations to understand each guest's hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs.

Create memorable guest experiences that encourage long-term relationships.
Professional Recommendations & Guest Education
Confidently recommend professional service add-ons and treatments that enhance the guest's results and overall hair health.
Educate guests on professional take-home hair care products and provide personalized recommendations to maintain their results between visits.
Approach retail and service recommendations as an essential part of the guest experience, never as high-pressure sales.
Stay knowledgeable about salon services, professional products, and current industry trends.
Teamwork & Salon Culture
Be a dependable, positive, and supportive team player.
Collaborate with fellow stylists, assistants, and front desk staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and inclusive salon environment.
Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and salon initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with shared salon responsibilities.
Professional Development & Performance

Active Texas Cosmetology License.
Strong technical skills in haircutting, coloring, styling, and other salon services.
