Responsibilities:- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with salon standards
- Build and retain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service
- Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Upsell retail hair care products and additional salon services to clients
Requirements:- Valid New York State Cosmetology License required
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Extension Specialist in a salon setting
- Proficiency in cutting, coloring, and styling techniques for all hair types
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of professional hair care products and brands
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented professional
