Salon Manager wanted at Foxcroft Towne Center. We take walk-ins and online check-in. Run a walk-in or online check-in team on real systems, not guesswork. We develop leaders, not bosses Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P, plus an extra 10A-6P shift Mon/Thu/Fri Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift $31.50-$41.50/hr total pay, guaranteed $17.50/hr base plus tips Tips paid weekly: card tips on your paycheck, cash tips go home with you 401(k) Paid vacation, full-time and part-time Product sales commission Employer-paid health insurance for this role

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you'll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
• A goal-oriented mindset with a focus on team performance and customer experience
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
