Position: Front of House Team Member

Role Focus: Order Taking | Order Packing | Drink Making

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Availability: Must be available for daytime, evening, late-night, and

weekend shifts. Flexible schedules are a plus.

worked in fast-casual, QSR, or busy restaurant environments before, you already

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Take customer orders with a smile (in-store and online orders).
• Pack orders quickly and accurately — presentation matters.
• Prepare and serve signature drinks (mocktails, lemonades, shakes, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter & beverage station.
• Communicate with kitchen team to keep things flowing smoothly.
• Be a face of the brand — you set the tone for the guest experience!

WHO YOU ARE

• 1+ years of restaurant, QSR, or fast-casual experience (front of house
• preferred).
• Able to work all shifts — especially evenings, weekends, and late-night.
• Thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Confident, clear communicator with great customer service instincts.
• Organized, fast, and ready to hustle with purpose.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with, Toast POS, or similar tech.
