Position: Front of House Team Member
Role Focus: Order Taking | Order Packing | Drink Making
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Availability: Must be available for daytime, evening, late-night, and
weekend shifts. Flexible schedules are a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Take customer orders with a smile (in-store and online orders).
- Pack orders quickly and accurately — presentation matters.
- Prepare and serve signature drinks (mocktails, lemonades, shakes, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front counter & beverage station.
- Communicate with kitchen team to keep things flowing smoothly.
- Be a face of the brand — you set the tone for the guest experience!
WHO YOU ARE
- 1+ years of restaurant, QSR, or fast-casual experience (front of house
- preferred).
- Able to work all shifts — especially evenings, weekends, and late-night.
- Thrive under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Confident, clear communicator with great customer service instincts.
- Organized, fast, and ready to hustle with purpose.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with, Toast POS, or similar tech.
