A Day in the Life

• Run Haas mills and lathes to manufacture precision components that meet engineering specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan each run.
• Observe machine cycles and fine-tune permitted offsets or parameters to maintain throughput and quality.
• Perform routine care and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating smoothly.
• Verify dimensions and finishes with precision measuring tools to confirm compliance with tolerances.
• Keep your work area organized and safe, following established procedures.
• Coordinate with teammates and communicate job status to help the group meet production goals.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience operating Haas CNC equipment (or comparable machines).
• Ability to read and apply information from prints, drawings, and work documents.
• Sharp attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and pride in quality.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Proficiencies

• Experienced machine operation
