What a Typical Shift Looks Like

• Start by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and specifications to understand tolerances and machining requirements.
• Operate Haas CNC machines and keep a close eye on cycle performance and output.
• Monitor in-process quality, making necessary machine adjustments to hold standards.
• Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment operating reliably.
• Work safely and follow all quality procedures from first article through final part.
• Collaborate with teammates to streamline workflows and improve throughput.
• Record production data accurately and maintain clear documentation of completed work.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC machining certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience running Haas CNC machines or comparable equipment.
• Solid grasp of machining processes, tooling, and common materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specs.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on high-quality output.
• Strong problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.
• Willing and able to work 2nd shift with flexibility for changing schedules.
