Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced developer to design, develop, configure, and support Guidewire ClaimCenter applications for Property Casualty (PC) insurance operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong development expertise, hands-on experience with ClaimCenter configuration, integration development, and a solid understanding of insurance claims processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Guidewire ClaimCenter based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Guidewire components using Gosu, PCF, Data Model, and Rules Engine.
• Design and implement integrations with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, Messaging, and Batch Processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, testers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop workflows, activities, validations, and business rules within ClaimCenter.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing application support.
• Participate in Guidewire upgrades, cloud migration initiatives, and system enhancements.
• Create technical design documents and support deployment activities.
• Work closely with QA teams during testing cycles and defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Guidewire Certification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Guidewire ClaimCenter Certified Developer
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP)
• Exposure to PolicyCenter and BillingCenter
• Knowledge of Guidewire Integration Gateway and Digital APIs
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
