Position: Guidewire Claimcenter Business Analyst

Job Overview:
NJM Insurance is looking for an experienced Guidewire claimcenter Business Analyst to support business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation for software implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements for both existing and new applications, while also supporting testing activities as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities
Proactive in identifying and resolving requirements-related challenges
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of business processes and workflows
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with P&C Insurance platforms, preferably Guidewire, Claimcenter is highly preferred
Familiarity with IIBA BABoK concepts, methodologies, and tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
