Experience Required -5+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, specifically in Personal Lines

Guidewire products(PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Guidewire Digital, DataHub, InfoCenter, etc.)

Guidewire implementation

JIRA and Confluence

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire Policy Center, Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsements
  • Min 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.
  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams.
  • Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutions
  • Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.
  • Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. Validate business requirements against implemented solutions. Work with QA teams to resolve defects and production issues
  • Expert in JIRA, JWM
