Key Responsibilities:

Guidewire Development & Configuration Hands-on development and customization of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).Team Leadership Lead and mentor onshore/nearshore/offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Project Ownership Drive end-to-end Guidewire implementations in a fast-paced environment.Domain Expertise Apply deep P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) knowledge to design and configure solutions.Collaboration & Coaching Foster a positive team culture through mentorship and Agile best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in Guidewire development & configuration.Proven Guidewire implementation experience (not just maintenance/support).Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.).Leadership experience Managed dev teams in distributed environments.Problem-solving mindset Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire apps.
