We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary: 

• Evaluates systems under various scenarios and architectures to optimize overall system mission performance.

• Develops and maintains analysis tools of varied fidelity including modeling and simulation tools to predict performance against evolving threats.

• Develops, refines and documents key algorithm capabilities to support various DoD customers.

• Conducts analysis of multiple targets discrimination for survivability, vulnerability, and susceptibility.

• Performs systems analyses of existing system architecture with new technologies for future architectures.

• Develops and maintains accurate and reliable models for directed energy and space-based applications using industry standard software.

• Conducts simulations to analyze system performance, identify potential issues, and propose improvements.

• Generates reports and presents findings to stakeholders.

• Assists in development of new methodologies and tools to enhance modeling and simulation capabilities.

• Performs trade studies, modeling, simulation and analysis to predict component and system performance.

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance required to start.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent directly related to the work statement.

• Experience in modeling and simulation systems engineering.

• Experience with modeling and simulation software development.

• Preferred: Level 3: 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Preferred: Level 4: 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Preferred: Master's degree or higher.

• Preferred: Experience in modeling and simulation for electro-optical systems.

• Preferred: Experience using industry-standard software and tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Java, and experience with Speedgoat is a plus.
