Guidance Counselor
Requirements:
- Valid Indiana School Counselor license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to support students, staff, and families
- Ability to provide academic, career, and social-emotional counseling to students
- Experience with college and career readiness programs, including CTE pathways and new diploma requirements
- Knowledge of scheduling, student support plans, and crisis intervention strategies
- Ability to collaborate with Guidance team members, teachers, administrators, and community resources to support student success
- Experience using data to guide student support services and decision-making
- Comfort utilizing technology as a resource for student progress and college/career-related guidance
- Other duties as assigned by the Principal or Superintendent
