Guest Services Staff

Purpose of the position:

The Guest Services Associate plays a pivotal role in Arizona Snowbowl's operations, reporting directly to the Guest Services Supervisors and Manager. As the first point of contact for our guests, this position is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. Guest Services Associates are expected to be well-versed in all aspects of Arizona Snowbowl's operations and services, with the shared goal of giving our guests the freedom to ski. Responsibilities include ticketing, rentals, call center, season pass management, lesson program support, traffic direction, and providing general information - all while delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
