THE JOB:
Join the team as a Front Desk Representative, where you'll create a warm and memorable first impression for guests in a luxury resort environment. In this role, you'll deliver personalized service while assisting guests with arrivals, departures, reservations, and special requests to ensure a seamless stay.
Working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you'll anticipate needs, build meaningful connections, and create WOW moments guests will remember long after their experience with us!
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Welcome guests to the property by providing memorable service, anticipating guest needs, and resolving guest concerns in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, walk-ins, and early or late arrivals and departures in a seamless and professional manner
- Enhance the guest experience by offering room upgrades when available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
- Partner with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and special requests
- Process payments, post charges and credits accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and balance all cash and cash equivalent transactions according to property procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Facing Customer Service experience preferred
- Six (6) months of prior relevant cash handling experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
