We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and inspiring Guest Services Manager to lead our front-of-house team and orchestrate exceptional, 360-degree guest experiences.
YOUR EXHIBITION (WHAT YOU’LL DO)
- Set the Tone: Lead, mentor, and empower our Guest Experience Managers, Overnight Managers, Night Auditors, and Valet staff with a servant-leader mindset.
- Master the Experience: Proactively welcome guests into our home, resolve complaints with grace and service recovery, and ensure every interaction creates a "guest for life."
- Curate Excellence: Maintain pristine standards across all public and private guest areas so the property always shines.
- Command Operations: Interview, hire, and onboard team members; build schedules; manage payroll; and establish standard operating procedures.
- Manage Reputation & Billing: Drive high online reputation scores across review platforms, handle third-party billing, close folios, and jump onto the floor whenever your team needs support.
YOUR PALETTE (WHAT YOU BRING)
- Hospitality Background: 2+ years of guest-facing experience (preferably in boutique or luxury hospitality).
- Flexibility & Presence: Punctual and dependable on-site presence, with the adaptability to work a flexible schedule (including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) as business needs arise.
- Leadership Moxie: Strong initiative, adaptability, calmness under pressure, and a collaborative team-first attitude.
- Education & Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus). Must become TiPS certified within 30 days (company-paid).
- Tech & Industry Pluses: Experience with Opera PMS software, plus an interest or background in Art or Food & Beverage, is a big advantage.

- Compensation: $55,000 – $60,000 / year (Based on Experience) + Up to 20% Annual Bonus Potential. Full-Time, Exempt position.
