Location: Boulder, CO

FLSA: Exempt

Status: Full-time

Reports to: Assistant General Manager

Supervises: Guest Services and Social Hour team

Pay Range: $60k -65k per year

What You'll Do

As our Guest Services Manager, you'll lead the guest services team in delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure and every moment in between.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing Front Desk and Guest Services associates
• Creating memorable guest experiences and resolving concerns with confidence and care
• Managing daily front office operations, scheduling, and labor standards
• Driving guest satisfaction scores and service excellence initiatives
• Partnering with housekeeping, engineering, food & beverage, and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Supporting revenue goals through upselling and guest engagement opportunities
• Maintaining Marriott brand standards and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality leadership experience, preferably in a hotel environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A positive, service-first mindset
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
