Position Overview

Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? Join the Guest Services Communications team at Mt. Hood Meadows and become a vital connection between our guests and an unforgettable day on the mountain.

As a Guest Services Communications Team Member, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, providing friendly, timely, and accurate support by phone, email, and online service tickets. You'll assist with season passes, lessons, programs, online accounts, and ticketing questions while working closely with Guest Services, Programs, and Lift Operations to ensure every guest receives exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced role that blends customer service, communication, technology, and problem-solving in a collaborative mountain environment. While your primary focus will be supporting guests through our communication channels, you'll also have opportunities to assist with front-line point-of-sale operations when needed. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a dynamic environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to have you on our team.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience

Must be at least 18 years of ageStrong guest service and communication skills, written and verbalAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Windows-applicationsPrevious guest service experienceAvailability to work weekends and holidaysMust be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience in a call center environmentExperience with RTP or similar POS systemFamiliarity with Jira Service Desk, Mitel, or Confluence

Compensation:

Starting Wage: $ 19.40 - $23.72 hourly
