The City of Maple Grove is seeking Guest Services representatives who serve as a point of contact for the patrons of the Maple Grove Central Park. As a guest service representative, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all visitors at Central Park during our winter season. This position supports seasonal skate rental operations. Staff members are expected to deliver friendly, efficient service while enforcing facility policies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth events and daily operations.
