Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Process transactions, reservations, or check-ins efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and care
- Uphold company standards and policies in all guest-facing interactions
Requirements:- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a guest-facing role preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
