Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, ensuring quick resolutions

• Assist with transportation, reservations, and excursions

• Provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Personalize guest experiences by remembering preferences and making recommendations

• Ensure all guest interactions are handled efficiently and courteously

• Maintain accurate, confidential guest records

• Collaborate with other departments like housekeeping and concierge

• Support front desk operations as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
• 1+ years of experience in guest relations, front desk, or customer service

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure

• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools
