Job Summary:
As a Guest Host at Chick-fil-A, you will be the first impression of our hospitality and service. Your role is to create a welcoming and clean environment for our guests, ensuring every dining room experience reflects the care and excellence Chick-fil-A South Walton is known for.
Hours:
2 PM - 10 PM Monday - Saturday (with a day off + Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly as they enter and thank them as they leave
- Assist guests with seating, tray carry-outs, high chairs, and other needs
- Check-in with guests seated at tables
- Proactively check on guests in the dining room to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized dining room and restrooms
- Clear tables, wipe surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas regularly
- Provide second-mile service by going above and beyond to enhance guest experience
- Assist with condiments, beverage refills, and any special guest requests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met
Qualifications:
- Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
