 What You'll Be Doing:

•  Bring positive energy every day while living and breathing the Merlin Values.
•  Create memorable guest interactions that keep the fun going all day long.
•  Welcome guests with a smile and help deliver an outstanding experience from start to finish.
•  Manage queues safely and efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.
• ️ Keep attraction areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
•  Complete opening and closing tasks to help the attraction run seamlessly.
• Jump in wherever needed to help create magical moments for every guest!

Qualifications & Experience:

About You

•  6–12 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or customer service is a magical bonus!

•  Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality that lights up the room.

• ️ Great communication, listening, and people-boosting skills.

•  Self-motivated and ready to shine—solo or with the team.

•  Super flexible—able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events! (Weekend availability either Saturday or Sunday required)
