Guest Experience Coordinator

National Corporate Housing is seeking a service-oriented Guest Experience Coordinator to deliver an exceptional experience for our residents before, during, and after their stay. This role includes coordinating apartment readiness, supporting guests in real time, and ensuring each move-in and move-out is seamless. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about going above and beyond for customers.

Expectations for Success:
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by serving as the go-to contact throughout the resident’s stay
- Respond to guest needs promptly, with compassion, care and understanding.
- Document and escalate any issues, damages, or concerns in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors for furniture and service deliveries, pickups, and installations.
- Focus on the details to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
- Recommend best practices to help drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Who You Are:
- A personable self-starter with strong communication skills
- A “whatever it takes” attitude toward providing the ultimate guest experience
- A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Familiar with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old
