The Role
As a Guest Experience Consultant at Soleil Tans, you are the first and last impression of our Luxury Sun Spa. You combine outstanding hospitality with confident, consultative sales, and you are rewarded for exceptional performance.
What You'll Do
Guest Experience- Welcome every guest and deliver professional, personalized service.
- Resolve guest concerns and scheduling conflicts on your own, calmly and professionally.
Sales- Guide guests through membership options, services and products.
- Educate guests on the value of our services, handle objections and ask for the sale.
Brand Standards- Keep the spa and your own presentation at luxury standards every shift.
What We're Looking For- Experience in high-end retail, hospitality or sales.
- Clear communication with a diverse clientele.
- Confidence with healthy confrontation, such as enforcing a cancellation policy or navigating a tough sales conversation with poise.
- Motivation from performance-based rewards and a drive to exceed goals.
Pay & Perks- Starting pay: $18/hour
- $19/hour within one year after completing training and certification
- Sales bonuses averaging $1–$4/hour
- Tips averaging $100/month

SchedulePart time, 8–12 hours per week (2–3 shifts), including at least one weekend shift.
Growth PathStrong performance and demonstrated leadership lead to promotion to Assistant Team Lead.
