Key Responsibilities• Oversee 24/7 GSOC operations, ensuring full coverage and operational efficiency• Supervise, train, and develop GSOC staff, including scheduling and performance management• Monitor and respond to security incidents, alarms, and global events• Lead incident response efforts and ensure proper escalation protocols are followed• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)• Coordinate with internal teams, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed• Analyze security trends and produce incident reports and risk assessments• Ensure compliance with company policies and security best practices• Manage GSOC systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident management platforms
Qualifications• Minimum 3–5+ years of GSOC or security operations experience• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role• Strong knowledge of security systems and monitoring tools• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in report writing and incident documentation
Preferred Qualifications
• Must have Valid State BSIS California Guard Card.• Experience in a corporate or global security environment• Familiarity with threat intelligence and risk analysis• Certifications such as CPP, PSP, and College degree preferred
