    Description

Ingenia is hiring a hands-on generalist to own the full U.S. client lifecycle — from first outreach through signed contract through delivery. This person will drive new business (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing) and then either manage the resulting project through our design/development team or execute the work directly, depending on the engagement type. This is a high-autonomy role for someone comfortable moving between strategic and tactical work in the same week.
