The job:- Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest, TikTok — hands on keyboard, not just strategy reviews- Run Shopify CRO — A/B tests, PDP optimization, landing pages, checkout- Manage paid agency relationships and hold them accountable- Build AI-powered tools and automations that make the growth engine faster- Own the customer acquisition analytics and tell us what's working and whyYou:- Have personally run and optimized paid campaigns (in the platform, not just in the deck)- Have built automations or AI tools (not just used them)- Come to interviews with observations about what you'd change, not just questions about what we do- Have examples of building things nobody asked you to buildEquestrian background: Strongly preferred — we're horse people helping horse people and domain knowledge is a genuine advantage. No extensive hand-holding. Not required if you're exceptional otherwise.Pay: $110K–$140K base + up to 30% performance bonus. Total $132K–$182K.
