Growth Marketing Manager
Ready to make a splash?!? StudentBridge is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and run our marketing-led pipeline engine. Today, most of our pipeline is driven by sales and outbound efforts. What is missing is a scalable, marketing-driven pipeline source that adds leverage and consistency. This role is responsible for building that from the ground up.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will own marketing execution end to end, from campaign strategy to reporting, with direct visibility into leadership and a clear connection to revenue outcomes. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive qualified pipeline, improve conversion, and create repeatable growth programs.
What You'll Do:
- Demand Generation: Own and execute marketing-led pipeline generation through campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and targeted outbound support.
- HubSpot Operations: Build and manage workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, segmentation, and attribution to create full-funnel visibility.
- Content to Pipeline: Turn existing video and virtual tour content into high-performing demand generation programs that drive meetings and opportunities.
- Webinars & Events: Plan and execute webinars and virtual events aligned to higher-ed buying cycles, especially during peak budget planning seasons.
- LinkedIn Strategy: Use organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns to engage Directors of Admissions, VPs of Enrollment, and Deans.
- Sales Alignment: Partner closely with sales to hand off qualified leads, gather feedback, and improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track what is driving meetings and pipeline. Report clearly on performance and optimize based on results.
- Trade Shows: Support and manage 3 to 5 industry events per year.
How Success Will Be Measured:
- Growth in marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
- Increase in qualified meetings and opportunities generated
- Improved conversion rates across marketing and sales handoffs
- Clear visibility into campaign performance and ROI
- Contribution to overall revenue growth
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or marketing operations
- Strong hands-on HubSpot experience including workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring
- Proven ability to generate pipeline, not just engagement metrics
- Ability to work independently and build programs from scratch
- Comfortable writing copy, building campaigns, and analyzing performance
Nice To Have:
- Experience in higher education or other considered-purchase markets
- Background in video-led marketing or storytelling
- Webinar and event-driven pipeline experience
- LinkedIn campaign experience (organic and paid)
- HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or higher
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary with performance incentives tied to pipeline and revenue impact
- Hybrid flexibility from our Atlanta office
- 15 days PTO in year one (increases with tenure) plus paid holidays
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company match, life insurance, and disability coverage
- A high-ownership, fast-moving environment with direct impact on growth.
