The Growth Initiatives Coordinator will play a key role in supporting external partnerships and enterprise programs for The Campbell’s Company. This role will help bring strategically aligned marketing programs to life by coordinating partner relationships, supporting negotiations, managing talent and agency conversations, and assisting with the execution of integrated marketing activations across sports, entertainment, media, fashion, lifestyle, and other emerging partnership spaces.
This is a hybrid role based in Camden, NJ.
Serve as a key day-to-day contact for external partners, including organizations such as HBSE, NFL, MLS, agencies, talent partners, and other industry collaborators.
Support the execution of partnership programs by coordinating asset delivery, brand team alignment, trafficking, quality assurance, and deliverables.
Manage agendas, meeting invites, working documents, recaps, next steps, partnership trackers, and relevant materials with internal teams and external partners.
Assist with partner negotiations, renegotiations, contracts, reporting, updates, and payment processes.
Help ideate high-impact, product- and experience-led activations that support broader brand, marketing, growth, and platform goals.
Identify new partnership opportunities across sports, entertainment, media, fashion, lifestyle, and other relevant verticals.
Coordinate internal pitches for potential new partnerships and assist with building and maintaining the Growth Office partnership framework.
Support the development, nurturing, and growth of Campbell’s relationships with industry-leading partners and agencies.
You will work closely with external partners, agencies, talent partners, and cross-functional internal teams across brand, marketing, growth, finance, legal, and other stakeholder groups to help ensure partnership programs are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
2+ years of experience in partnerships, integrated marketing, brand marketing, experiential marketing, or a related area.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related field.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets, contracts, trackers, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort coordinating with external partners and internal teams to keep workstreams moving forward.
Experience working with external partners, agencies, talent, or sports/entertainment organizations.
Knowledge of sports, entertainment, media, fashion, and lifestyle partnership landscapes.
Background or understanding across sports, entertainment, and/or media spaces.
Experience supporting experiential activations, partner reporting, or marketing program delivery.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$70,000-$96,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
