About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, well-backed AI research lab that builds novel datasets and runs experiments powering the frontier of AI. Their customers are the leading AI labs, and you'd work directly with a founding team assembled from top quant-trading, big-tech, and finance backgrounds. This is an early, high-ownership seat with real proximity to how frontier AI models get built.
Founded 2025 · 11–50 people · Industry: Frontier AI / AI research
The Role
We're hiring a Growth Associate to architect and scale the expert-supply engine that powers frontier AI training. You'll own both manual and automated acquisition pipelines and grow the expert network from 100K into the hundreds of thousands. This is not a typical growth seat — it's technical, operational, and strategic, blending GTM automation, talent acquisition, funnel experimentation, and distribution, working directly with the founding team.
What you'll be doing
- Build, optimize, and scale automated sourcing pipelines
- Use LinkedIn and similar platforms to identify and bring on professionals across industries
- Run many concurrent recruiting workflows to deliver qualified experts at high volume
- Experiment on funnel performance and double down on what scales
- Recruit elite experts and operators into the network
- Build the automation stack that makes all of this possible
- Drive brand amplification across channels
Tech stack: Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, plus custom scripts and scrapers.
Requirements
- A background scaling a talent network or marketplace, or a strong track record in outbound sales / lead generation
- Hands-on with modern GTM automation tooling (Clay, Instantly, Apollo, Zapier, and light scripting/scraping)
- Analytically rigorous — comfortable modeling funnels and reading pipeline analytics
- A demonstrated record of high-volume operational execution
- Genuine high agency, resourcefulness, and competitive drive, and comfort with an intense, fast-moving startup pace
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Roughly 1–3 years of relevant experience
- US-based with unrestricted work authorization (US citizen or green card) — no sponsorship, OPT, or CPT
Nice to Haves
- Deep proficiency with automation/GTM tooling and scrappy scripting
- Real passion for frontier AI and ambition to build category-defining systems
- A generalist who owns problems end to end and figures things out independently
- Prior startup growth, sales, ops, or marketing experience
- A couple of years of experience (perhaps plus a master's) paired with strong work ethic
- Comfort juggling many workstreams in high-pressure environments
Why Join
- Build the expert-supply engine behind frontier AI training, with the leading AI labs as customers
- Work directly with an exceptional, top-tier-backed founding team
- Broad ownership and scope in an early, high-agency generalist role
