If you're energized by building high-performing organizations, leading transformational change, and making a measurable impact on thousands of lives, we'd love to talk.

Who You Are
You're an experienced multi-site healthcare executive who enjoys solving complex operational challenges.
You're equally comfortable discussing EBITDA, patient outcomes, staffing strategy, and leadership development because you understand they're all connected.
You lead with humility, accountability, and data while building trust with your teams.
Most importantly, you believe that great operations create better patient outcomes.
What You Bring
We're looking for an executive with:
Experience leading physician practices, ambulatory care, behavioral health, dialysis, infusion, urgent care, surgery centers, specialty healthcare, or other decentralized healthcare operations is highly valued.
Why BHG?
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of one of the nation's largest behavioral healthcare organizations.
You'll join an executive team committed to transforming addiction treatment through operational excellence, clinical quality, innovation, and compassionate care.
Every operational improvement you lead expands access to life-saving treatment for patients and families who need it most.
If you're looking for an executive role where your leadership will leave a lasting impact, we invite you to join us.
