Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse or materials management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership ability with strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Forklift certification and hands-on material handling experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proven project and change management expertise, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop people through organizational change and drive behavioral change
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, energize, and guide teams
• Comfortable thriving in conditions of change and complexity
• Strong analytical and qualitative skills
• Consistently delivers outstanding results, takes initiative, and drives action proactively
