EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON GRANT FUNDING

GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position will provide additional instructional support to current McLennan students and is intended as a peer role. Employee may not work more than 19.5 hours per week.

NOTE: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Sedentary-desk work; occasional field trips e.g. for college or program activities. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort.

BENEFITS:

Part-Time Retirement. Participation in Medicare Part A, but not Social Security (FICA).

QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Has successfully completed the course they are working in with a grade of a B or higher.

• A faculty recommendation is required for the course to which the applicant is applying.
