Group Reservations CoordinatorLocation: Marriott Anchorage DowntownJob DescriptionThe Group Housing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing hotel group arrangements for clients. Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage group arrangements for clients'.
- Manage room blocks and ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay
- Communicate with guests for bookings within a group block.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all hotel group block arrangements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for guests.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in group coordination or related field
- Strong communication and customer service
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems
- Fulltime, Monday to Fridays
