    As the Group Product Manager for our Data & Analytics solutions, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery supporting NAVEX's portfolio of products. This includes the Power BI reporting suite and the unified data model. You'll shape how customers access, interpret, and act on their data, from report design and data modeling to the underlying analytics architecture.

    You will sit within the Product organization and partner closely with Design, Engineering, and Customer Success to strengthen our offerings with scalable, accurate, and trusted analytics. You will integrate advanced modeling & AI to create compelling insights & modern conversational experiences.

    What you'll do:

    Define and communicate the strategy, desired outcomes, and investment priorities for our data & analytics solutions. Data & analytics crosses our entire portfolioLead PMs toward shared goals; set clear accountability, coach decision quality, develop talent, and build an inclusive, high-performing teamDirect continuous discovery, Voice of the Customer, product analytics, and competitive research to identify important problems, strengthen differentiation, and anticipate market shiftsFrame complex choices and resolve portfolio tradeoffs using customer impact, business value, evidence, feasibility, and strategic fitOwn an integrated roadmap across teams; orchestrate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery while protecting the highest-value outcomesEstablish measurable product outcomes; use customer, product, and financial evidence to inspect progress, learn, and adaptShape executive-level narratives, advise senior leaders, and align cross-functional partners around priorities, decisions, and changePartner with Engineering and Design on scalable product practices, experimentation, AI-enabled experiences, and improvements to speed, quality, and learningPartner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance on business cases, launch, adoption, retention, and growth
