Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s or Master"s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) License
10+ years of experience in:
Physical Substation Design and/or
Protection & Control (P&C) Design
4+ years of engineering leadership or management experience
Strong background in high-voltage substation engineering
Demonstrated QA/QC experience reviewing engineering packages
Experience leading teams and managing technical resources
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
