Job Summary


This role supports large group renewals by building group orders for renewing groups, pulling Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBCs), creating microsites, and processing post-renewal group level changes. The position requires meeting established production and quality goals following a defined ramp-up period.


Responsibilities

• Build group orders for renewing large group clients.

• Pull and review SBCs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create and maintain microsites for renewing groups.

• Process post-renewal group level changes in a timely manner.

• Meet defined production and quality goals after ramp-up.

• Collaborate with sales and other business units as needed to support renewal activities.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to group renewal processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and tools.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing.

• Proficiency with Outlook and basic office software.

• Ability to work with production and quality targets and meet performance expectations.

Summary Qualification

• Experience supporting group or benefits renewals or similar administrative processing work.

• Demonstrated success meeting quality and productivity goals.

• Comfort working in a structured, goal-driven environment.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a remote team.
