Document attendance, production, quality, safety, and other required information accurately.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, human resources, and other support teams as needed.
Resolve routine employee and operational issues fairly, consistently, and professionally.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of approved process changes.
