About the Role:
Join Faithful Friends Family Services as a Group Home House Manager/Supervisor in Petersburg, VA! This exciting opportunity allows you to lead a dedicated team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a group home setting.



Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Supervise staff and provide training to promote best practices in care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Coordinate activities and programs that enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of resident progress.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies.
• Act as a liaison between families, staff, and external agencies.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to foster communication and teamwork.
• transporting individuals to appointments
• maintining appointments and required care up to date

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a group home or similar setting.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
