Delivers innovative results-based group fitness experiences that support member health and wellness goals. Demonstrates exercise science knowledge creates safe and effective studio environments and manages the entire class experience from setup through closure. Screens participants for health conditions and injuries provides appropriate form corrections and exercise modifications uses evidence-based cueing across different learning styles builds member relationships and consistently creates a welcoming atmosphere.
