    Description

    Join our growing outpatient mental health treatment team as a Group Facilitator! We are seeking a compassionate, engaging professional with experience leading therapeutic mental health groups for adults. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and achieve lasting recovery in a supportive outpatient setting.

    Shifts Available:

    Monday: 9:00am, 12:30pm - 3:30pm

    Tuesday: 10:00am - 3:30pm

    Wednesday: 9:00am, 12:30pm - 3:30pm

    Friday: 9:00am, 12:30pm - 2:00pm

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on mental health treatment.
    • Foster a safe, engaging, and therapeutic group environment.
    • Collaborate with the clinical team to support individualized treatment goals.
    • Complete timely and accurate group documentation.
    • Maintain professional and ethical standards while promoting client engagement.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
    • Experience facilitating mental health treatment groups required.
    • Strong communication, group leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.
