Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing Group classes that support the operations of the Rising Strong program. Classes will be tailored to meet individualized program needs and provided through a scope of work outlined below.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

Facilitate ongoing groups, aligning with the following specific scope of work:
Provide one on one hour group Wellbriety meetings weekly
Meetings will be open to all who self-identify as American Indian/Alaska Native or have a desire to partake in the benefits of classes taught by facilitator.
Groups will address issues of SUD recovery and Cultural connection/identity.
Work with staff to identify participants and promote participation
Provide an additional hour per week as requested for consulting or training of staff or supporting American Indian/Alaska Native Residents.
Provide set up and tear-down for each group session.
Meet with program leadership for supervision of group effectiveness and to ensure group outcome measures are achieved.
Provide program leadership attendance records for each group session, report any resident or program concerns to program leadership in a timely manner.
Uses appropriate administrative, fiscal, physical, and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of CCEW client protected health information (PHI), per regulations outlined in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
Will regularly utilize all forms of communication (email, text, phone, etc.) and database practices necessary for this position and as directed by supervisor.
As a mandated reporter, follow all procedures outlined in agency policies and procedures to report to the proper agency when there is suspicion and/or confirmation that a child or vulnerable adult has been a victim of abuse or neglect.
Adhere to the tenets of Catholic Social Teaching.
Performs as a team member to ensure that productivity outcome measures are achieved.
Perform related functions as necessary to support the mission of Catholic Charities-aligning with all agency policies, procedures and employee handbook mandates.
Job Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications listed below. These qualifications are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform this job.
Education/Experience:
to perform this job successfully, an individual must have (at a minimum) three years of experience administering the identified group scope of work. For groups that require credentialing, proof of credentialled experience is required. Demonstrated skill in group facilitation is required.
Certificates/Licenses: To perform this job successfully, an individual must participate in a four-day Circle of Security facilitator training, have a valid Driver's License, and ability to drive for work use. Successfully pass background check applicable to position.
Physical Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to:
lift up to 10 pounds, pull/push, carry, grasp, reach
Occasionally crawl, stoop, kneel
Clearly see 20+ feet, with or without corrective lenses, ability to focus
Mental & Other Skills/Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the:
ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
